Project: Aromatic Materials for Supercapacitor Electrodes and Single Electron Devices.

Description: Thesis is aimed at calculating the Quantum Capacitance of Graphene Transistor and Supercapacitor electrodes, and improve the performance of these devices through Quantum Capacitance enhancement of graphene. Further, the modelling of power efficient Organic Single Electron Transistors is discussed. The work has been carried out using MATLAB programming and DFT codes Quantum ESPRESSO, Synopsys - QuantumATK, and Gaussian09.
